This Extreme Slimline II Roof Rack Kit (product code: KRJW035T) includes all the necessary components to mount the Slimline II cargo carrying rack to your Jeep JL 2 door. Made from black epoxy powder-coated T6 aluminum and high strength steel, this kit is built to last. The t-slots on the tops and bottoms of the rack tray slats and edge profiles accommodate standard 8mm bolts, making it easy to add accessories. The approximate installed weight is 38.11kg (84.02lbs).
The Front Runner Jeep Extreme mounting system is secured to the roll bar with middle and rear brackets, providing a sturdy and unobtrusive solution. This allows for quick removal of the Freedom Panels and works with the hardtop or no roof at all. The cargo weight is evenly distributed across the roll bars and body of the jeep, placing zero weight or stress on the hardtop itself.
Installation instructions and all necessary components are included in the kit, and it is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please note that this kit is not suitable for the Mojave Edition of the Jeep Gladiator.
