ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, 6" Lift, Stage 7 Suspension System, Billet, CDCV (K53277)
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 6" Suspension System with CDC Valves delivers an advanced suspension package for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, combining premium damping technology, increased adjustability, and heavy-duty components designed for exceptional on- and off-road performance. Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs provide superior damping control, increased fluid capacity, and improved heat dissipation for consistent performance during extended off-road use. Equipped with ICON CDC Valve technology, all shock absorbers feature 10 externally adjustable compression damping settings, allowing drivers to fine-tune suspension performance from softer settings for improved ride comfort to firmer settings for enhanced control and handling response. The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift. Through innovative engineering, the system achieves a full 6 inches of front lift with only 4 inches of crossmember drop, maximizing ground clearance while minimizing CV joint angles.
Billet aluminum upper control arms equipped with ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provide increased strength, exceptional durability, 90 degrees of total articulation, and on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment for precise alignment and optimum drivability. The system maintains factory track width while optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer common to stock Tundras. High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the strength and protection required for demanding off-road conditions. High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion.
ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable on-road ride while delivering the stability and control required during aggressive off-road driving. The rear suspension is further enhanced with billet upper and high-clearance lower links that improve articulation while allowing on-vehicle adjustment for ride height and pinion angle using ICON's double adjuster system. Replaceable nylon rock sliders protect the billet lower links from trail impacts, while the adjustable billet rear track bar allows precise rear axle centering and improved suspension performance at lifted ride heights. The result is a complete, high-performance suspension system that delivers exceptional ride quality, advanced tuning capability, and increased off-road confidence with the clearance to fit 37-inch tires at full articulation.
