This kit is made of black powder coated steel and is designed to fit perfectly with Front Runner Racks. The brackets are small and unobtrusive, and can be left on the roof rack when the awning is not mounted. No modifications to the awning are required.

Installation is easy and all necessary hardware is included. Once the brackets are installed on a Front Runner Rack, you can remove or refit the awning in seconds by simply releasing the two latches and lifting the awning away. No more struggling in tight spaces or wasting time removing the awning during the off-season.

This strong and 'rattle-free' mounting system is built tough for off-road use and is compatible with all Front Runner Awnings, as well as other popular brands like Eezi-Awn and Oz Tent. The weight limit for this kit is 20kg (44.1lbs).

For added peace of mind, you can lock the latches in place using RRAC134 (sold separately). And when the awning is not in use, you can store it using the wall mount brackets that are included with the kit.

Please note that this kit is not suitable for 180 or 270 degree awnings. If you have a Slimsport or Slimpro Van Rack, you will need to purchase the RRAC182 (sold separately) for compatibility.
