The ReadyLIFT 4.5" SST Lift Kit (part 69-19450) gives 2019-2026 Ram 2500 HD 4WD diesel trucks 4.5" of front lift and 2.5" of rear lift with bolt-on parts and room for 37" tires. It supersedes the 69-1945 and adds front and rear track bar relocation brackets to keep the factory ride and handling.

  • No modifications required; keeps the factory ride and handling
  • Up to 37" tires on conservative negative-offset wheels with little to no trimming

Fitment

  • 2019-2026 Ram 2500 HD 4WD (new body style, rear coil springs), diesel engine only
  • Not for gas engine, Power Wagon, Snow Prep, or Ambulance Package trucks
  • Does not work with factory air suspension or the Auto Level system (factory helper bags)
  • Single cab not validated by ReadyLIFT
  • See RAM TSB 03-003-23 (4WD clicking while turning); ReadyLIFT lists Adams Drive Shaft ASDRAM-1350F-5GEN as a recommended driveline for the 68RFE

Tire fitment

  • 37" maximum tire on up to a -18 offset wheel
  • ReadyLIFT bases its wheel and tire recommendations on specific wheel and tire brands, and sizes vary by manufacturer, so test-fit every wheel and tire combination before installation.

  • Estimated installation time: 6.5 hours +/- 1 hour (excludes alignment and wheel/tire assembly).
  • Read the instructions completely before starting. ReadyLIFT recommends installation by a certified mechanic.
