The ReadyLIFT 4.5" Coil Spring Lift Kit (part 49-19430) gives 2019-2024 Ram 3500 HD High Output diesel 4WD trucks a taller stance and room for 37" tires without stepping up to a 6" system. It pairs 4.5" front lift springs and 3" tapered rear blocks with four vehicle-tuned Falcon 1.1 monotube shocks.

Fitment

• Not for standard-output diesel, HEMI gasoline, dually, or Classic models
• Not compatible with factory air suspension or automatic rear leveling, including factory helper air bags
• Single cab not validated for fitment and drivability by ReadyLIFT
• ReadyLIFT points to RAM TSB 03-003-23 about clicking or ratcheting noises when turning in 4WD

Tire fitment

• 37x12.50 maximum tire on a 20x9 wheel with -18 offset
