The ReadyLIFT 5" Flat Rear Block Kit (part 66-2751) is an OEM-style rear block kit for 2017-2026 Ford Super Duty F-250 4WD trucks with a 2-piece drive shaft. It puts a slight rake back in the truck for hauling or towing and is designed to work with a ReadyLIFT leveling kit, on stock-height or leveled trucks.
